Electronic design and production between Venice, Pordenone and Treviso
Since 1979
CLE started as a contract electronic design company for the industries and businesses of the area. Production came later, and since then we follow every product from start to finish.
In the '90s, as interconnection systems between devices spread, we developed our own line of industrial converters, mainly for RS485 and optical fiber.
Since 2001 these very systems have been the core of our work, thanks to a long and fruitful collaboration that gave rise to an extensive catalog fully dedicated to building automation.
We never gave up contract design, though. From saunas to solar trackers, by way of lasers and tanning lamps: a few examples are below.
What has not changed
Design, firmware, production and testing go through our workshop, as in 1979. For those who work with us, this means a single point of contact: revisions do not bounce between suppliers, lead times stay under our control, and support comes from the same workshop where the board was designed.
When a job cannot be done in-house, such as an enclosure or a polycarbonate keypad, we choose the supplier and we answer for the result.
Long-term support
An electronic product should last as long as a partnership, ideally forever. We support our products for many years after delivery, including those out of production: service, technical advice and repairs when possible.
Custom projects are delivered together with their documentation, so the board stays maintainable over time.
