What data we collect

Through the contact form: name, company, email, phone number and your message.

While you browse the site: technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, only with your consent, the statistics and marketing cookies listed in the Cookie Policy.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your request for information or a quote. Basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To run the site and keep it secure. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• For visit statistics and advertising. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Manage consent”.

We do not use contact form data for newsletters or advertising.

How long we keep it

Contact form requests: 24 months from our last exchange. If you become a customer, the data moves to contract management and is kept as long as the law requires (tax records: 10 years).

Who receives the data

Only providers that process data on our behalf (data processors):

• Hostinger (website hosting, EU);
• Brevo (delivery of form emails, EU);
• Google (mailbox and, with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads).

Google may transfer data to the United States. The transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and you can object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to info@cle-automazioni.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Required data

In the form, name, email and phone are required: without them we cannot reply. The other fields are optional.
